Wyonna Faye Adams Johnson

ANGIER - Wyonna Faye Adams Johnson, 82, passed away in the home she was born in during the early hours of Thursday, October 22, 2026. A lifelong resident of Harnett County, she was the daughter of the late Lacoma E. and Edna Mangrum Adams.

In addition to her parents, Wyonna was preceded in death by her husband, Charlie Ray Johnson; son, William Colon Johnson; and multiple siblings

She is survived by her daughter, Dawn Johnson.

She was a devoted and loving daughter, sister, wife, mother, grandmother, great grandmother and friend. She will be dearly missed in the days ahead.

The family would like to extend a grateful thanks and appreciation to the many friends, family, and healthcare professionals that cared for Wyonna during her illness - especially Gentiva Hospice of Lillington, NC.

In keeping with her wishes, services will be private.
