William Ray Nutt

BENSON- William Ray Nutt, 74, passed away Tuesday at Johnston Health in Smithfield. A native of Harnett County, he was the son of the late Lee William Edward Nutt and Leola Wester Nutt. A graveside service will be held on Friday at 11:00 AM at Sandy Grove Cemetery in Angier. He is survived by his son, Scott Nutt and wife Anne; siblings, Betty Watkins and husband John, Lou Wood, Joe Nutt and wife Holly, Carol Ryals and husband Donald; grandchildren, Jacob and Andrew; and several loving nieces and nephews. In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by his brother, Thomas Nutt.
