Willow Spring - William Douglas Brookover, 58, passed away March 19, 2013. The family will receive friends on Friday from 7 - 9PM at Bryan-Lee Funeral Home, Garner. A memorial service will be held on Saturday at 2PM in the chapel at Bryan-Lee Funeral Home, Garner.
