RALEIGH- William Daniel Orr, 58, died at his home on December 21, 2017. He was preceded in death by his father, Herbert Silas Orr. He is survived by his mother, Frances and husband Vance Couch; half-brother, Charles Chauncey; half- sister, Becky Orr; several cousins. The family will receive visitors from 2:00 pm – 4:00 pm Tuesday, December 26, 2017 at his aunt’s home at 2218 Barnhill Drive, Raleigh, NC.
