Garner - William “Bill” Burton Dowell, Jr., 86, passed away Thursday. A funeral service will be held at 2:00 PM on Monday at First Baptist Church, Raleigh. Burial will follow at Montlawn Memorial Park, Raleigh. The family will receive friends on Sunday from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Bryan-Lee Funeral Home, Garner.
