Wilburn Harvie Reavis

Angier – Wilburn Harvie Reavis, 92, passed away on Friday. A native of Vance County he was the son of the late Edward and Rose Reavis.  He retired after over 30 years of service as a security guard at Westinghouse. Survivors include his daughter, Sondra Reavis Chance and her husband, Mitch of Brandon MS; grandsons, Mitchell Chance, Jr. and wife, Marta of Locust Grove, VA, Richard Chance of Greensboro; great-granddaughters, Lauren Reser and husband, Joe, Ryann, and Ayden Chance In addition to his parents Wilburn was preceded in death by his wife, Alice Lee Reavis and sister, Beulah Hale. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to Community Homecare and Hospice, 1231 North Main Street, Lillington, NC 27546.
