Violet Frank

Garner -Violet Frank, 88, passed away Thursday. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Donald Frank. Funeral services will be 7:00 pm Tuesday at The Capital Church. Visitation will be at the church from 6-7:00 pm prior to the service. Burial will take place at a later date in Detroit, MI. Survivors include her son, Donald S. Frank and wife, Beverly; grandchildren, Janet Atkinson and husband, Justin, April Burgos and husband, Carlos; great-grandchildren, Alex, Carlos Samuel and Elizabeth.
