Tommy Dean

Tommy Ivory Dean, age 87, of Angier, NC died on Saturday, August 23, 2025 in his home. He was born on October 7, 1937 in Harnett County to the late Millard and Althea Spence Dean. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Annie Doris Temple Dean; his sister, Faye Riggins; and his grandsons, Jason and Joshua.

He is survived by his daughter, Tammie Dean; his sons, Daniel Dean, Thomas Dean and his wife, Rebecca and Donald Dean and his wife, Lynda; his sisters, Dorothy Temple, Debra Adcock; his brothers, Jerry Dean and Troy Dean; and his grandchildren, Rick, Christie, Courtney, David, Joseph, Scarlett and Jeremy.

His visitation will be held on Tuesday, August 26, 2025 from 10:00 am to 10:45 am in the Bryan-Lee Funeral Home, 300 E. McIver Street, Angier, NC.

His funeral service will be held on Tuesday, August 26, 2025 at 11:00 am in the Chapel of Bryan-Lee Funeral Home. His graveside service will be held at 12:30 pm in the Duncan Church of God Cemetery, 1066 Oakridge Duncan Road, Fuquay-Varina, NC.
