Thomas Ray Upchurch

Thomas Ray Upchurch, 85 passed away after a brief illness. Thomas owned and operated a convenience store for many years. He also served his country in the U.S. Navy. Graveside services will be held at 3 PM Tuesday at Greenlawn Memorial Gardens in Fuquay-Varina.Thomas is survived by a daughter Teresa Upchurch; son, Timothy Ray Upchurch; sisters, Audrey Smale, Shirley Bell and Jean Stookey; brother, Joseph Upchurch and wife Ann; six grandchildren and one great-grandchild along with numerous nieces and nephews.The family will receive friends at Bryan-Lee Funeral Home, Angier from 2 - 3 PM Tuesday prior to the service.
