Thomas Elbert Oakley

Thomas Elbert Oakley, 60, passed away on November 15, 2025. He was born in Wake County, North Carolina, on August 18, 1965, and was the beloved son of the late Glenn Ray Oakley, Sr., and Judy Wood Jackson.

In addition to his parents, Thomas is preceded in death by his brother, Glenn Wesley Oakley.

Thomas is survived by his loving wife, Cassandra Renee Oakley of Raleigh; son, Greggory Thomas Oakley of Willow Spring; daughter, Brianna Nicole Oakley of Raleigh; brother, Glenn Oakley, Jr. of Virginia; sister, Donna Huff of Texas; and several nieces and nephews.

Thomas' legacy lives on through the family he cherished and the many lives he touched through his kindness and generosity.

A memorial visitation will be held from 2:00 PM - 4:00 PM, on Sunday, November 23, 2025, at Bryan-Lee Funeral Home, 1200 Benson Road, Garner, North Carolina 27529.
