Susan Broadwell Prior

Nov. 6, 1958 - Jun. 15, 2011 GARNER - Susan Broadwell Prior, 52, of Garner, died Wednesday after a courageous battle with a brain tumor. She was a 30 year employee with Progress Energy. A Memorial Service will be held 4:00 PM Saturday at Bryan-Lee Funeral Chapel, 831 Wake Forest Road, Raleigh. The family will receive friends following the service. She is survived by her husband, Rickie Prior; daughter, Christyn Stephenson and son-in-law, Brad Hiatt of Willow Spring; son, Brian Stephenson of Angier; father, Dwight Broadwell of Angier and mother, Janice Horton of Raleigh; sisters, Sharon Broadwell of Angier, Jan Snipes of Buies Creek and Shelia Burkette of Angier; grandchildren, Olivia, Kaleigh and Trevor Hiatt and Caleb Stephenson.
