Steven Faulkner

Steven "Steve" William Faulkner, 57, died of cancer on Sunday, September 28, 2025. He graduated from Garner High School in 1986. He was working at Toshiba when he was stricken. He is survived by his three children, Samantha, Dylan, and Mary-Ann of Garner and Raleigh. His mother, Lloyan Faulkner, sister, Denise Faulkner, both of Montana. Parents-in-law Mary and Clarence Adams of South Carolina. Sister-in-laws Angie and Stacy of North Carolina, as well as many various cousins around the country. He was preceded in death by his wife, Cathy (Adams) Faulkner, his father, Theodore William Faulkner of Montana, and his maternal Grandparents, Helen and Phil Crank of Cary NC.

Steve was born in Montana February 24.1968. He spent his childhood going where the Air Force sent his family. Montana, California, and West Germany are some of the places he lived before arriving in North Carolina in 1984. He met his sweetheart Cathy while still in High School and spent most of his adult life here in North Carolina. As an Air Force kid, Steve learned early to adapt and find family where you land. Steve was a quiet, introverted man with a wicked sense of humor, love of computers, and a fan of most nerdy things. He will be deeply missed and is greatly loved by all his family and friends.
