Steven Dale Carthen, Jr.

GARNER-Steven Dale Carthen, Jr., 11, died Sunday after an extended illness. Stephen was preceded in death by his mother, LaRonda House Carthen.There will be a graveside service at 10:00 AM Saturday, Oct. 20, 2012 at Oakwood Cemetery, Raleigh. He is survived by his father; Steven D. Carthen, Sr. and stepmom, Jennifer Crowder; sister, Mikah Carthen; brother, Chase Boyette; great aunt, Debbie Herman and husband, Johnny and close family friend, Wanda Penninger. The family will receive friends from 6- 8 PM Friday at Bryan-Lee Funeral Home, Garner.
