Angier- Stephanie Taylor, 46, passed away on Tuesday at Wake Medical Center in Raleigh. Born in Danville Virginia, she is the daughter of Barbara Neal Taylor and the late Kenneth Taylor. In addition to her mother, Stephanie is survived by her husband, David W. Watkins of Angier; son, David Christopher Watkins of Angier; granddaughter, Ainsley Watkins of Angier; sister, Tracie Taylor of Smithfield.
