Sheri Butts Snyder

WILLARD - Sheri Butts Snyder, 60, passed away unexpectedly at her home on Friday, October 10, 2025.

She was born in Wake County on January 27, 1965, the daughter of the late Donald Lee and Barbara Jean Adams Butts.

Sheri is survived by her husband, James "Jimmy" Snyder; sons, Jay Dudley and wife, Gabby of Lillington, Nick Dudley and wife, Brittney of Erwin; step-daughters, Heather Cramer and husband, Robert, Angela Hall and husband, Chris; granddaughters, Elaina and Elizabeth; step-grandchildren, Mason Gent and Lily Gent; Hayley Spivey and Emaley Cramer; step-great grandchild, Ryker Spivey; brother, Chris Butts and wife, Susan of Fuquay-Varina; her canine companion, Matilda; and a host of extended family and friends.

Sheri was known for her many talents. From being a team mom, a substitute teacher, running a t-shirt and sign business, to hand crafting some of the most memorable quilts in her later years. She dedicated her life to her family and her passion for turning her ideas into reality. The titles she cherished the most were Mom and Mimi. She was always there for her family and will forever hold a place in our hearts.

The family will receive friends and relatives for visitation at Bryan-Lee Funeral Home of Angier on Saturday, October 18, 2025, beginning at 12:00 noon. A memorial service will follow in the Chapel of Bryan-Lee Funeral Home at 1:00 PM. Interment will take place in Angier Memorial Cemetery after the service.
