Shawn Michael Sullivan

Shawn Michael Sullivan, 46, of Angier, NC passed away on Tuesday, December 24, 2024 after a period of declining health.

He was born on May 17,1978 in Brockton, Massachusetts and moved to Apex, NC as a child. He was a graduate of Apex High School, class of 1996 and the Wake Tech Welding Program. He had been employed by various companies as a welder, metal fabricator, and warehouse and inventory manager.

He is survived by his parents, Peter and Janet Sullivan of Raleigh; his sister Julie Blalock and her husband Eric of Sims; his beloved nephews and niece, Landon and Colton, and Elise; along with many aunts, uncles and cousins.

From a young age, Shawn enjoyed being outdoors and loved fishing and camping. He also loved hunting and target shooting and hanging out with his many friends.

A Celebration of Life will be held at the Bryan-Lee Funeral Home, 1200 Benson Road, Garner on Sunday, January 5, 2025 from 2 - 4 PM.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations in Shawn's memory may be made to the charity of one's choice.
