Sandra Whiddon Slaughter

Apex- Sandra W. Slaughter, 77, passed away on August 16, 2022. A native of Mississippi, Sandra was born April 10, 1945, to the late James and Cebie Whiddon. Sandra worked for many years as a Certified Nursing Assistant. She loved her family more than anything and had great love for her friends. A Celebration of her life will be held Sunday, August 21, 2022, at 2:00 PM, at Bryan-Lee Funeral Home Chapel in Garner, North Carolina. The family will receive friends prior to the Celebration of her life, at 1:00 PM, at Bryan-Lee Funeral Home. Sandra is survived by her loving husband, Ronald Slaughter; her 5 children, son, Alex Slaughter and wife, Stephanie; daughters, Tammy Beach, Pamela Patterson, Dylnn Smith, and April Rjoub; 12 grandchildren; and 4 great-grandchildren. In addition to her parents, Sandra was preceded in death by several brothers and sister, as well as her 2 sons-in-law.
