Russell “Russ” Decker

ANGIER–Russell “Russ” Decker, 70, passed away on Tuesday at Rex Hospital. A native of New York, Russ was the son of Margaret Decker and the late Chester George Decker. A memorial service will be held on Saturday, July 11th at 2:00 PM at Rushing Wind Lighthouse Christian Fellowship, 9856 NC Hwy 210 Four Oaks, NC 27524. In addition to his mother, Russ is survived by his wife of 20 years, Dawn Decker; daughters, Carrie Casullo (Adam) of Raleigh, Kelly Budai (Edward) of Poughkeepsie, NY; sons, Russell T. Decker (Stephanie) of Louisburg, Michael C. Decker of Newburgh, NY, Pastor Kevin Riordan (Amy) of Butler, PA, Raymond Riordan (Jennifer) of Holly Springs; sister, Debbie Broas (Ray) of Venice, FL; grandchildren, Emma Decker, Gabriel Bugbee, Gianna Casullo, Annabella Casullo, Lacey Riordan, Shelby Budai, EJ Budai, Joshua Riordan, Anna Beth Riordan, Caleb Riordan, Noah Riordan.
