Ruby Carol Dillard, 50, passed away after an extended illness. Carol worked in cosmetology as a hairdresser for years. She was preceded in death by her parents, Victor and Ruby Slater Dillard; a sister, Katherine D. Brooks and a brother, Richard N. Dillard. Carol is survived by; a sister, Marie D. Sealey and husband John; and brother, Victor Dillard; significant other, Scotty Fuqua and numerous extended family. There will be no services.
