Roscoe C. Baker, Jr.

ANGIER – Roscoe Conklin Baker, Jr., 62, passed away at his home on Thursday. A native of Johnston County he was the son of the late Roscoe C. Baker, Sr. and Alice Upchurch Phillips. A memorial service will be held Sunday at 7:00 pm in the chapel of Bryan-Lee Funeral Home, Angier. The family will receive friends from 6:00-7:00 pm prior to the service at the funeral home. Survivors include his wife of 44 years, Alice Holland Baker of Angier; sons, Allen R. Baker and wife, Dottie of Four Oaks, Joseph C. Baker and wife, Michelle of Angier; two sisters; one brother; grandchildren, Sidney Austin, Ashley Canady, Joseph Baker, Joshua Baker and Codi Simpson. In addition to his parents, Roscoe is preceded in death by two sisters
