Robert Myron "Bob" Cheskis

CARY - Robert Myron "Bob" Cheskis passed away on Wednesday, February 1, 2023.

Bob was born in Philadelphia. PA, the only child of Benjamin and Rose Cheskis. He was a graduate of Temple University School of Pharmacy. He was an Army veteran.

During his service, he met his wife, Diane. They celebrated their 50th anniversary this past June.

Bob was a past president of both Beth Shalom as well as the Wake County Pharmacy Association. Bob loved to garden and complete special projects around the house.

Bob was a loving husband, father, and Pop-Pop., Everyone will miss his dry wit.

Surviving are his wife of 50 years, Diane; daughter, Judith D. Simpson; son, Aaron E. Cheskis and wife, Sharone; and four grandchildren, Noah and Brandon Cheskis and David and Michael Simpson.

A graveside service will be held at 3:00 PM on Thursday, February 2, 2023, at Raleigh Hebrew Cemetery with Rabbi Ariel Edery officiating.
