Robert Allen Prince, Jr.

WILLOW SPRING- Robert Allen Prince, Jr., 64, died Monday. Born in Washington, DC, he was the son of the late Robert A. Prince, Sr. and Ometra Rhodes Prince. A 45 year member of the Fairview Fire Department, he loved fishing, fire service and especially being a PaPa. Funeral services will be 2:00 pm Friday at Calvary Baptist Church. Burial will follow at Sandy Grove Cemetery. The family will receive friends at the church from 12:30-1:45 pm prior to the service. Survivors include his wife, Phyllis Atkins Prince; son, John C. “J.C.” Prince (Dina) of Raleigh; daughters, Jennifer Mills (Jason) of Lillington and Julie Hill (Clinton) of Willow Spring; sisters, Linda Wise (Danny) of Benson and Betty Bertwell (Greg) of Hampstead; grandchildren, Gracie Prince, Chase Gonzalez, Lillian Prince, Makayla Gonzalez, Carolina Hill and Tyler Hill.
