Retha Byrd Arrington

ANGIER - Retha Byrd Arrington, 93, passed away peacefully on Friday morning. She was the daughter of the late Willie Green and Minnie Williams Byrd. Funeral Services will be held at 2:00 PM Sunday in the Chapel of Bryan-Lee Funeral, Angier. Burial will follow at Greenwood Cemetery in Dunn. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service on Sunday. She leaves behind three sons: Billy Dorman, Jimmy Arrington and Charles Arrington and two daughters: Joyce Riggs and Carolyn Thomas. In addition to her parents Mrs. Arrington was preceded in death by William M. Dorman and Charles Cuther Arrington. In lieu of flowers contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society.
