RALEIGH - Rebecca Fuller Gentry graduated from this life on October 21, 2025.

Rebecca was born in Louisburg, North Carolina on October 1, 1936, the daughter of Robert Yarborough Fuller and Myrtle Ayscue Fuller. Except for her early youth, Rebecca always resided in Raleigh, North Carolina. Becky graduated from Hugh Morson High School in downtown Raleigh in 1954. She accepted a scholarship to Peace College and attended Peace after her high school graduation. Becky was employed in downtown Raleigh for many years as a secretary in state and federal government. She was first secretary to Management of IBM Information Systems area when IBM located in Raleigh and Research Triangle Park. It was at IBM where Becky met Harry Gentry and married Harry on December 9, 1967.

After the birth of their son, Todd Fuller Gentry, Becky never returned to her IBM employment. Becky was a real estate agent for numerous years in the Raleigh area prior to becoming an appraiser in real estate. Becky was employed by Dodd Associates for years before becoming a partner in Allen-Gentry Appraisal Services and eventually returning to Dodd Associates to complete her employment career. Becky walked to most of her jobs in downtown Raleigh, schools (including Peace College) and Tabernacle Baptist Church. Becky and Harry were charter members of Greystone Baptist Church in Raleigh. Their son, Todd, was the first profession of faith at Greystone Baptist Church in Raleigh. Becky was the first church secretary at Greystone Baptist Church in Raleigh.

In addition to her husband, Harry, and son, Todd, survivors include brother, Robert Michael Fuller and his family.

Funeral service will be held at 1:00 PM on Thursday, November 6, 2025, at Trinity Baptist Church in Raleigh with visitation beginning one hour prior to the service. The burial will occur in Brier Creek Memorial Gardens, Raleigh.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in Becky's memory to Trinity Baptist Church for use in the Shaw Missions: 4815 Six Forks Rd, Raleigh, NC 27609.
