Ray Rayle, Jr.

RALEIGH – William Erwin “Ray” Rayle, Jr., 81, died Friday at Rex Healthcare. A native of Mt. Olive, NC, he was the son of the late William Erwin Rayle, Sr. and Sally Morse Rayle. Mr. Rayle proudly served his country as a member of the US Army. A Graveside service will be held Tuesday 11:00 am at Montlawn Memorial Park. Survivors include his daughter, Patricia Rayle Garrison and husband, Billy of Raleigh; son, William Daniel Rayle, also of Raleigh; grandsons, David and Dillon Garrison. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife of 50 years, Sally Hales Rayle. The family will receive friends Monday from 6:00-8:00 pm at Bryan-Lee Funeral Home, Garner.
