Rachel “Qaulluq” Janet Lowers

Rachel ” Qaulluq” Janet Lowers, 42, passed away at home suddenly, Monday Dec. 7, 2020. A native of Alaska she was the daughter of the late Carroll Gray and Nellie Johnson Sheldon, she survives. Rachel is survived by her husband of 20 years; Jeffrey Lowers; daughter, Alyssa Lowers; sons, Logan and Conner Lowers; mother, Nellie Johnson Sheldon; sisters, Dora Sheldon, Pina Sheldon, Marilyn Sheldon and Marie Sheldon; brothers, Jacob Johnson, Marvin Sheldon and Richard Sheldon, Jr and extended family. Rachel will lie in state Wednesday Dec. 16, 2020 from 1-5 PM at Bryan-Lee Funeral Home, Garner. (No family will be present). There will be a Graveside Service Thursday Dec. 17, 2020 at 1:00 PM at Hayes Chapel Christian Church Cemetery. Please wear a face covering and follow social distancing guidelines.
