Phyllis Ray Senter-Bradford

Phyllis Ray Senter-Bradford, 89, passed away July 13, 2015. Phyllis worked for Southern Bell and later A.T. & T. as an operator for over 30 years retiring in 1983. Funeral service will be at 2:00 PM Friday July 17, 2015 at Bryan-Lee Funeral Chapel, Garner. Burial to follow at Montlawn Memorial Park. Phyllis was preceded in death by her husband Oran Bradford; sisters, Dorothy Ray Beal, Undine “Dina” Martin and Norma Ray Dezern; brothers, Theodore Benjamin Ray, Jr. and  James Allen Ray. She is survived by her daughter; Pamela Anne Jones; sons, James C.  Jr. and wife Betty Jean Jones and Benjamin Randell Senter; brother, Brantley Marvin Ray and wife Priscilla; three grandchildren, Christopher Scott Jones,  Michael Benjamin Senter and Brian Randell Senter and five great-grandchildren. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service from 1 – 2 PM.   A special thanks to her caregiver Costella Perry and caregiver and special friend Jackie Young, who Mother considered a member of the family.
