Phil Wiggins

GARNER– George Phillip Wiggins, 62, passed away peacefully surrounded by his loving wife and daughters Friday. A memorial service will be held 7:00 pm Tuesday at Bryan-Lee Funeral Home Chapel. Visitation will be one hour prior. Phil is survived by his wife of 20 years, Debra, daughters Jolea Wells (Jason), Tiffany Sutton (Kenny), Marisa Wiggins (Christian), grandchildren Jordan, Jacob and Jonah. Phil worked at Grifols for over 40 years and was Director of Regulatory Affairs. Phil was a passionate musician and loyal friend. Phil played in many local bands since the early 80’s. Phil was a loving husband and a dedicated father and grandfather.
