Norman “Scott” Bartrom

Scott Bartrom, 57, passed away Dec 13, 2018 in Chattanooga, TN after a brief illness. Scott was born in Raleigh, NC to Helen and Norman Bartrom. Scott was a loving husband, father and brother. He loved fishing and was a wonderful person who was willing to help anyone who needed it. Scott was preceded in death by his parents. Surviving are his wife Joyce Bartrom; daughter, Miranda Arnold (TJ); stepson, Bo Nelson (Anne); sisters, Rosalyn Arnold, Sybil Paschal (Sammy); brother, Andy Bartrom (Debbie); 5 grandchildren; 6 nieces and nephews. The family will receive friends and relatives on Thursday, January 10th from 6:00 – 7:00 pm at Bryan Lee Funeral Home, 1200 Benson Rd, Garner NC. A service will follow to celebrate his life at 7:00 pm.
