Myrtice E. Gilbert

Myrtice E. Gilbert, 90, went to be with her Lord on Nov. 18, 2016. Myrtice was a loving, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, sister and friend. Funeral service will be at 2:00 PM Tuesday Nov. 22, 2016 at Bryan-Lee Funeral Chapel, Angier. Burial to follow at Lakeside Memorial Gardens. She was preceded in death by her husband; Joseph Cecil Gilbert; daughter, Linda Dupree, son; Joseph Carl Gilbert and three sisters. She is survived by daughters, Judy F. Knox and Nancy C. Holland; brother, Garland McLamb and wife Phyllis; nine grandchildren and sixteen great-grandchildren. The family will receive friends and relatives one hour prior to the service from 1- 2 pm at the funeral home.
