Mazie Harrison Tant

Henderson- Mazie Harrison Tant, 82, died Thursday. A native of Wake County, she was the daughter of the late Ira and Ethel Jones Harrison. A memorial service will be held at 3:00 pm Tuesday at Garner United Methodist Church. Survivors include her daughter, Tracy Potter and husband, Daniel of Henderson; sons, David Norris and wife, Sue of Zebulon and Tommy Tant of Garner; sister, Willa Dodd and husband, Jimmy of Cary; 11 grandchildren, 12 great-grandchildren and 4 step-children. She was preceded in death by her husband, Thomas Tant; daughter, Mary Helen Redd and brother, Joseph William Harrison.
