Mary T. Mills Rowland

LILLINGTON – Mary T. Mills Rowland, 99, passed away on Sunday at Universal Healthcare in Lillington. Born in Harnett County, she was the daughter of the late Archibald Taylor and Lillie Lee Taylor. A funeral service will be held on Thursday, August 18th at 2:00 PM in the chapel of Bryan-Lee Funeral Home, Angier. Burial will follow the service at Harnett Memorial Park, Lillington. The family will receive friends prior to the service from 1:00 to 1:45 PM. Mary is survived by her daughter, Judy Mills Knighten (Tony) of Graham; sons, Ronnie T. Mills (Nancy) of Fuquay-Varina, Tommy L. Mills (Judy) of Lillington, Danny M. Mills of Fuquay-Varina; daughter-in-law, Doris Mills of Fuquay-Varina; ten grandchildren; numerous great-grandchildren and great-great grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husbands, Leroy Mills and Ed Rowland; son, Kenneth Lee Mills; nine siblings; and four grandchildren.
