Mary Headrick

Mary Ruth Headrick (Wilson), 69, passed away peacefully on September 1, 2025.

Born on January 5, 1956, in Monroe, North Carolina, Mary resided at her home in Garner, NC. She carried with her the warmth and strength of her roots throughout her life. Her deep love for family was the cornerstone of everything she did. Mary found her greatest joy in spending time with those closest to her, especially her two sons and grandchildren, who were the light of her life.

Mary is lovingly remembered by her sons, Glenn Wilson and his wife Telika Wilson, and Terry Wilson. She was a proud grandmother to Jeremy Wilson, Tyler Wilson, Brandon Wilson, and Christian Wilson. Her legacy continues through her great-grandchildren: Ayden Wilson, MariahLynn Wilson, Hudson Miller, Wylie Miller, and Blakely Wilson.

She is also survived by her brothers: Buddy Wilson and his wife Kathy Wilson; Dennis Wilson and Connie Bass; and Jake Wilson. Their shared memories and enduring bond are a testament to the closeness of their family.

Mary was preceded in death by her beloved husband Alan Headrick; her mother Mary "Sally" Wilson; her sister Cathy Wilson; and her brother Ricky Wilson.

A woman whose heart was always open to those she loved, Mary will be deeply missed by all who knew her.

May her memory bring comfort to those who knew and cherished her. A Viewing will be held on September 4, 2025, from 03:00 PM to 05:00 PM at Bryan-Lee Funeral Home 1200 Benson Rd. Family and Friends are welcome to come pay their respects
