Mary Elizabeth Adcock

Raleigh - Mary Elizabeth Wilson Adcock, 93, died Friday, March 28. Mrs. Adcock was a retired employee of the NC Department of Public Instruction. A funeral service will be held on Monday, March 31, at 2 PM in the chapel of Bryan-Lee Funeral Home in Raleigh. Burial will follow at Brier Creek Memorial Gardens. Surviving are her daughter, Sandra Williams and her husband, Bob, of High Point; grandchildren, Kathy Taylor, Kim Gilbert and Brenda Nalley; great-grandchildren, Kristy Creager, Josh Taylor, Steven Nalley and Hunter Nalley; two great great-grandchildren; sisters, Anne Franklin of Apex and Linda Farr of Wilson; and daughter-in-law, Pattie Adcock. Mrs. Adcock was pre-deceased by her husband, Carlos Roland Adcock; her son, Steven Adcock; and her granddaughter, Vicky Roberts. The family will receive friends at Bryan-Lee Funeral Home from 1 until 1:45 PM on Monday.
