Mary E. Medlin

Apex - Mary Lois Evans Medlin, 78, passed over to her Heavenly home on Tuesday. Mary was retired from Data General. Funeral services will be 2:00 pm Saturday in the chapel of Bryan-Lee Funeral Home. Burial will follow at Willow Spring Primitive Baptist Church Cemetery. Survivors include her son, Steve Medlin and wife, Pam of Raleigh; grandsons, Michael Medlin and wife, Jessica of Raleigh and David Medlin and fiancé, Hannah Lillie of Cary; great-granddaughter, Chloe Grace Medlin; sister, Chris Evans of Garner; brother, Bobby Evans of Willow Spring; sisters-in-law, Pearlene T. Evans and June P. Evans; several nieces and nephews. Mary was preceded in death by her husband, Allen Jason Medlin; parents, Johnnie James Evans and Alma Page Evans; brothers, Johnnie James Evans, Jr, James Evans and Leo Evans; sister, Helen Evans Ray. The family will receive friends from 6-8:00 pm Friday at Bryan-Lee Funeral Home, Garner.
