Mary Alice Wall Parrish

Mary Alice Parrish, 72, died Monday at William Dunlap Hospice Center in Raleigh. She was a very loving and devoted wife, mother and grandmother who enjoyed her family. She enjoyed growing flowers and tomatoes in her yard. A graveside service will be held 2:00 pm Friday, July 17, 2020 at Oakwood Cemetery. Mrs. Parrish’s body will lie in state at Bryan-Lee Funeral Home, 831 Wake Forest Road from 9:00 am – 4:00 pm on Thursday. Guests can come and view and sign the register book during that time. Surviving are her husband of 51 years, Clyde (Buddy) Parrish; daughters, Daphne Renner and companion Mark Barbour, of Smithfield, and Glenda Howard and husband, Timothy of Holly Springs; sister, Joyce Freeman and husband Buddy, of High Point; four grandchildren, Kayleigh Renner, Jordan Renner, Olivia Williams and Matthew Williams.
