Margaret Hardee Moore

Margaret H. Moore, 91, passed away at home Wed. Feb. 5, 2020. A native of Johnston Co, she was the daughter of the late Major and Millie Jones Hardee. Margaret retired from N.C. Dept. of Revenue where she worked as a clerk for many years. Funeral service will be at 2:00 PM Friday Feb. 7, 2020 at Garner First Baptist Church. Along with her parents she was preceded in death by her husband; Hugh Coats Moore, and nine brothers and sisters. Margaret is survived by her daughter; Vickie Bowers and husband Mike; grandson Scott Bowers and wife Anna and 2-great-grandchildren; Ashlynn and Camden Bowers. The family will receive friends and relatives from 1-2 PM at the church prior to the service.
