Louis John Pope

RALEIGH – Louis John Pope, 63, died Saturday at Wake Medical Center. Born in Wayne County, NC, he was the son of the late Linwood Perry Pope and Smithy Jane Tilton Pope. A memorial service will be held 4:00 pm Saturday at Bryan-Lee Funeral Home, Garner. Survivors include his half-brother, John T. Tilton and wife, Brenda; niece, Tonya Tilton Evans and great nephew, Thomas Tilton Evans, all of Wilson; special friends, Brad and Emily Paradise of Raleigh and their children, Lilliana and Chase Paradise; friend, J.C. Davis, as well as many special friends in the neighborhood. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Janice Fisher Pope.
