Lori Ann Zollo-Torain, 46, of Raleigh, passed away unexpectedly, on Friday, May 2 at Rex Hospital in Raleigh. She is the daughter of Michael and Denise Zollo.
Lori Ann is predeceased by her grandparents, Conrad and Alice Boucher and Carman and Winnie Zollo; and her brother-in-law, Billy Ennis.
Along with her parents, Lori Ann is survived by her husband, Anthony Lamont Torain; daughters, Alexus Ellis, Trinity Zollo, and Alanna Zollo-Torain; step-son, Cameron Torain; grandchildren, Kingston Watson and one on the way, Tahj Niyear Taylor; sisters, Christina (Derek) Stinson, Keri (Vince) Lorig, and Jessica Zollo; Nieces and nephews, Aiden, Penny, and Michael Brooks Lorig and London Stinson; along with numerous aunts, uncles and cousins.
Lori was an amazing and loving mother, wife, daughter, sister, grandmother, niece, and cousin. She was a ball of fire from the beginning who strived to be the best human that she could be daily. Though her time with us was far too short, she leaves behind a legacy of love, resilience, passion and motivation. The family finds comfort in the beautiful memories she blessed the family with and her profound impact on lives will forever be remembered.
A memorial visitation will be held from 4:00 pm to 7 pm on Tuesday, May 6 at Bryan-Lee Funeral Home, 1200 Benson Road Garner NC 27529.
