Leon Parrish

Leon Parrish, age 90, died Monday, June 16, 2025, in Rex Hospital. He was born on April 24, 1935, in Johnston County, NC to the late Rassie and Ila Parrish.

He is survived by his wife, Janice Parrish; his son, Timothy Parrish and his wife, Debbie; his sister, Carolyn Stuart and her husband, Jimmy; his brothers, Andy Parrish and Glenwood Parrish and his wife, Joan; his granddaughter, Taylor Harris and her husband, C.K.

In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by his sister, Grace Bowden and brothers, Rayvon Parrish and Charles Parrish.

A service will be held inside the original sanctuary on Thursday, June 19, 2025, at 10:00 am at Providence Presbyterian Church, 14664 NC-210, Angier, NC 27501. Family will receive friends shortly after in the fellowship hall of the church.
