Lena King Langston

CLAYTON - Lena King Langston, 65, passed away on Thursday. A native of Wake County she was the daughter of the late Mark Twain and Doris Ruth Betts King. Lena was a loving wife, a caring mother, and sister who loved spending time with her family. She enjoyed spending time reading and she was devoted to her job as a home health care provider. Funeral services will be held Sunday at 2:00 PM in the Chapel of Bryan-Lee Funeral Home, Angier. Burial will follow at Lakeside Memorial Gardens. Surviving are her daughters, Michelle Langston Kendle of Hagerstown, MD; Denise Langston Munoz and husband, Filiberto of Benson; Tammy Langston Jividen and husband, Rob of Angier; brother, Albert Sidney King and wife, Martha of Raleigh; grandchildren, Johnathon, Gabriella and Phillip. In addition to her parents she was predeceased by her husband of forty-five years, Mack Langston. Family will receive friends on Sunday from 12:00 - 2:00 PM prior to the service.
