Lawrence Everett Zettelmaier

Lawrence Everett Zettelmaier, 77, of Raleigh passed away on July 11, 2024. He was born on December 19, 1946 in Wake County, North Carolina. He was the son of the late Lawrence John Zettelmaier and Violet Mae Johnson.

Lawrence was a graduate of Garner High School and Campbell University with a political science degree. He retired from the Wilmington Police Department and State Farm Insurance.

Lawrence is survived by his wife of 43 years, Dorothy Evans Zettelmaier and half sister, of Milwaukee, WI, Sister John Anne (Marion).

Family will receive friends from 5-7pm on Wednesday, July 17, 2024, at Bryan-Lee Funeral Home, 1200 Benson Road, Garner, NC 27529.
