Larry Stephens

Larry Kenneth Stephens, 68, passed away Sept. 28, 2015. Larry worked for the U.S. Postal Service as a mail carrier until his retirement. He also proudly served in the U. S. Navy. Larry was a proud member of the Garner V.F.W. He was a loving husband, father, brother and grandfather. There will be a graveside service at 1:00 PM Thur. Oct. 1 at Montlawn Memorial Park. He was preceded in death by a brother; Raymond Stephens. He is survived by his wife of 30 years; Joan Shadbolt Stephens; sons, Christopher S. Stephens and wife Lisa, Joseph Powell and wife Leah and four grandchildren.
