Kathy R. Guy

Kathy R. Guy, 54, passed away Sunday at her residence. A native of Portsmouth, VA. she was the daughter of the late Jack Edward and Kathleen Dale Petit Ballard. Surviving are her husband of 35 years, Bruce E. Guy; daughter, Tammy Baker and husband, Jonathan; son, Bryan Guy; sister, Carole Brady and husband Tom; grandchildren, Alexis Guy, Bentley Guy and Emma Baker and Jaxon Baker and extended family. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her brothers  Donnie Ballard and Randy ballard. A Memorial service will be held Friday at 2:00 pm in the Chapel of Bryan-Lee Funeral Home, Angier. The family will receive family and friends at the funeral home immediately after the service.
