Julianne Lundy

Julianne "Judy" Dawn Lundy, 84, peacefully returned to her Heavenly home on October 11, 2025. She was born on November 17, 1940, in Rahway, New Jersey, to the late William and Anne (Bobenchick) Dumansky.

Judy married the love of her life, Denis Lundy, on September 1, 1962. Together, they built a life filled with love, laughter, and faith, residing over the years in Illinois, New Jersey, New York, and North Carolina. They shared 63 wonderful years of marriage.

A devoted wife, mother, and grandmother, Judy cherished her family above all else. She and Dennis raised three children: Joanne, Dennis, and John. She also enjoyed a fulfilling career as an EKG technician at Putnam Hospital in Carmel, New York, before retiring to North Carolina in 1998.

Judy was preceded in death by her parents and her brother, William Dumansky. She is survived by her beloved husband, Dennis Lundy; her daughter, Joanne (Ken) of Raleigh; her son, Dennis Lundy of Angier; and her son, John (Rosemary) of Raleigh.

She is also lovingly remembered by her five grandchildren: Rachel Kalsch (Corey) of Garner; Kenny Kalsch (Nikohl) of Raleigh; Greg Lundy of Raleigh; Marianna Lundy of Raleigh; and Peter Lundy of Raleigh.

Judy will be remembered for her kind spirit, deep faith, and unwavering love for her family. Her legacy lives on in the hearts of all who knew and loved her.
