Joyce Ann Mema Glover Higgins

SEPT. 4, 1949 - MAY 24, 2011WILLOW SPRING - Joyce Ann Glover Higgins, 61, of 8750 Kennebec Road, passed away on Tuesday, May 24, 2011. A native of Harnett County she was the daughter of the late George Allen Glover and Ruby Lee Seagroves Glover. Mrs. Higgins was predeceased by her husband Bobby Sherrill Higgins and a son, Daniel Sanderford.Funeral services will be held Sunday at 2:00 pm in the Chapel of Bryan-Lee Funeral Home, Angier. Burial to follow at WillowSpringPrimitiveBaptistChurchCemetery.Surviving are her sons, Billy Sanderford and Wesley Sanderford, both of Willow Spring; step-son, Wayne Dawes and wife, Jacqueline of Raleigh, sisters, Ronell Denton and Jimmy of Clayton; Brenda Howell and husband, Johnny of Raleigh; Christine Brager of Erwin, Hilda Lyman and husband, Mike of Raleigh; brothers, James Glover and wife, Christine of Raleigh, Allen Glover and wife, Joyce of Willow Spring; eight grandchildren, eleven great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.The family will receive friends Saturday night from 6:00 - 8:00 pm at Bryan-Lee Funeral Home, Angier and at other times at the home.
