John Milton Taylor

GARNER- John Milton Taylor, 74, passed away at his home. A native of Reidsville, NC, he was the son of Nell Knight Taylor and the late John Raymond Taylor. In 1991, after 30 years service, he retired as a Lieutenant and Director of Training from the North Carolina Highway Patrol. Funeral Services will be 10:00 AM Friday at Bryan-Lee Funeral Chapel, Garner. A graveside service with Masonic Rites will be held at 3:00 PM Friday in Roselawn Memorial Gardens, 1821 Ashley Loop, Reidsville, NC. In addition to his mother, survivors include his sons, John Taylor and wife, Maureen of Raleigh; Jim Taylor and wife, Michelle of Oxford and Richard Taylor and wife, Angela of Wendell; sister, Nancy Link and husband, Henry of Reidsville and brother, Doug Taylor and wife, Jolene of Griffin, GA., as well as four grandchildren and one great-grandchild. The family will receive friends Thursday from 6:00-8:00 PM at Bryan-Lee Funeral Home, Garner.
