Jean Price

Willow Spring- Jean Price, 72, passed away on Thursday at Rex Hospital in Raleigh. Born in Wake County, she was the daughter of the late Simon and Lois Beasley Smith.

A funeral service will be held at 1:00 PM on Wednesday, November 29th in the chapel of Bryan-Lee Funeral Home, Angier. Burial will follow at Pinecrest Memorial Park, Clayton. The family will receive friends from 6:00-8:00 PM on Tuesday, November 28th at Bryan-Lee Funeral Home, Angier.

Jean is survived by her son, Matt Price (Angela) of Willow Spring; grandchildren, Cayleigh Faith Price and Gracelynn Sadie Price of Willow Spring; sisters, Brenda Sue Brownell of Willow Spring, Linda Lou Nye (Buddy) of Angier, Mary Frances “Oodie” Richards (John “J.R.”) of Angier; as well as numerous nieces and nephews.

In addition to her parents, Jean was preceded in death by her husband, Steve Price; and a brother, Paul Wayne Smith.
