James Partin

James C. Partin, 91, passed away Aug. 23, 2021. A native of Chatham Co. he was the son of the late Walter and Blanche Partin. James worked as a Warehouseman and most recently for the Salvation Army as Security. James also proudly served his country in the U.S. Army. There will be a Graveside Service at 10:00 AM Monday Aug. 30, 2021 at Montlawn Memorial Park, with Military Honors Along with his parents, James was preceded in death by a son, Keith Partin; sisters, Julie Barbour and Ida Marie Partin and brother, Vernon Partin. James is survived by his wife of 65 years, Novie Partin; daughters, Teresa Partin and Darlene Raper; son, Robert Partin; 9-grandchildren and 12 great-grandchildren. The family will receive friends and relatives Sunday Aug. 29, 2021 from 4:00 – 6:00 PM at Bryan-Lee Funeral Home, Garner.
