Howard Thomas Cox

RALEIGH- Howard Thomas Cox, 70, passed away Sunday. Born in Randolph County, he was the son of the late Lloyd Thomas Cox and Sadie Richardson Cox. Funeral services will be 1:00 pm Wednesday at First Baptist Church of Garner. The family will receive friends at the church following the service. Burial will take place at Woodruff Primitive Baptist Church Cemetery in Glade Valley, NC. Survivors include his wife of 50 years, Maxine Peele Cox; son, Darin Cox and wife, Amy of Garner; brothers Hoyt Cox and wife, Peggy of Asheville and Hardee Cox and wife, Angie of Garner; grandchildren, Lindsey and Joshua Cox.
